As mediator, arbitrator and lawyer, Caroline Kelly brings to her job a wealth of family law knowledge and experience — knowledge and experience that counts.

Caroline was called to the Bar in 1994 and since then as a practicing lawyer has established three decades of courtroom experience, counsel negotiation and alternate dispute resolution skills relevant to family law issues.

Ms Kelly provides legal representation to spouses in the context of high value, financially complex, tax sensitive cases involving professional, corporate and intergenerational enterprises. With her years of experience, Caroline adroitly negotiates a variety challenging legal issues involving valuation of pensions, trusts, debt and land holdings.

With third-party neutral experience as a deputy judge conducting countless settlement conferences, Ms Kelly brings focus to each mediation and arbitration session she conducts. Her constructive approach, which is both exacting and practical, is always sensitive to the wise use of both time and money.
